    • Recruiting action plan will incorporate key information gained from the client and research done by our firm, to help focus on the right individuals, companies, and industries, assuring we’ll find top candidates
  • Identification and Recruitment of Candidates
    • Our multi-faceted approach utilizes direct recruiting of client and industry competitors, use of our extensive database, and a wide range of internet search options
    • Extensive qualification of each candidate is completed to determine skill set match and fit with our client company, prior to submittal
  • Candidate Presentations and Initial Interviews
    • Qualified candidates are presented with a comprehensive summary of their background, compensation, and specific experience relevant to the position
    • We help coordinate interviews after receiving client feedback
  • Client and Candidate Feedback-Post Interview
    • Communicate with client and candidate to answer any questions and determine mutual interest in proceeding in the process

  • Pre-Offer Preparation
    • Complete reference checks
    • Conduct in depth conversation with candidate to address any questions, pre-offer
  • Close Candidate
    • Work with client and candidate in the preparation of the offer
    • Counsel candidate regarding potential counteroffer
    • Expedite offer acceptance
  • Facilitate Transition
    • Work closely with candidate to assure a smooth transition through the resignation period
    • Continue communication with candidate and client through the ramp up into the new assignment
